Tomorrow, is the first blank page of my diary

Hello everyone ! This is the time of the year again. Here, I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Woohoo ! It has been a long time since I write my blog again. Haha ! Sorry for my laziness. I will try to be consistent from now on. Winked*

This is my fifth new year in Ireland and I will be celebrating with my lovely sister. Excited* I used to celebrate it alone with my friends but now she is here with me, it will be fantastic ever !

Time flies quickly this year, don't you think ? A lot of things have happened to me. Either good or bad ones, both of them have taught me well to become a better person. I really enjoyed this year as compared to previous years. Joyed* I have summarized the things that have happened to me in 2014.

(1) Developed my first ever game app for education. Click here for more information.

(2) Awarded the best conference paper of the year. Woohoo!!!

(3) Graduated as a software engineer with flying colors. I did it !

(4) Received multiple job offers from all over Ireland. Too many decisions to make. I usually go for fortune cookies to make decisions. Haha ! Trust me, it helps.

(5) Attended Irish Christmas party with my closest friends. Had a good craig on that night.

(6) Met a lot of new Malaysian friends at the apartment. They all are so young and full of dramas. Hugs and kisses*

(7) Had a great summer break in Malaysia with my love ones. I miss my Bear.

(8) Fought with my sister a lot but always love her till dead. I hate you but I love you !

(9) Discovered my hidden talent (baking). Tada !

(10) Have lost weight !!! Laughed* I am still doing it...

In the year of 2015, I will be starting my new chapter of life. Working life that is. Sobz* Work work work... I hope I can adapt to it properly. All the best to myself ! Once I have my new set of goals, I will keep working hard and do my best to achieve them. Gambateh !

I hope to those who read my blog will do the same as me. Set some new goals for yourself and try to achieve them. They can be short or long term goals. For me, I like to set short term goals because they are more rewarding and I feel much satisfy than the other. You will definitely feels motivated to do the next one, I promise.

A very good friend of mine told me that if I do not have long term goals, why bother making them when I can have short term goals in my life. They are as good as the long term goals. When I heard about it, I agreed that too. A goal is like a running track. Set a distance and off you run. Whether the distance is short or long, you are still running to the finishing line. Once you have reached the finishing line, you have achieve the goal. You can have breaks in between but do not give up !

Do what it is best for you because you know what you want for yourself. Just believe yourself and I am sure you will end up at some where good. Thumbs up*

Again, I wish everyone a Happy New Year and may your dreams come to you.

With Love,
J

Today is my happy happy day ! Yeah ~ After four years of hard work, I finally get to attend my graduation ceremony. I really did it ! Cannot believe myself tho. I am not a genius person like those in my high school but I am a stubborn person who never gives up on my dreams. Nod* The weather today is a bit gloomy and warm. Not too bad tho. Hehe !

I am super happy today. I cannot stop smiling and laughing. Hehe... Is this called happiness ?

At first, I was planning to wear high heels on this day but then, five minutes is all I can walk. Laughed* So, I ended up wearing ballerina shoes. Do I look good enough ? LoL... I am so grateful that I have good height genes. Haha !

Cheeze yo ! Make way for the top student to pass through...

Tanah Lot Temple on the rock in Bali

Hari terakhir di Bali ! aww... Today is about our last stop in Bali before heading back to Malaysia. We went to the famous Tanah Lot Temple and it was amazing place to visit. Highly recommended*

When I saw those people wearing slippers, I was like "I should have wear mine too, haiz...". That day, I wore a pair of ballerina shoes and I was afraid of getting them wet. In the end, my shoes did get wet. I do not have time to dry them so I wore them all the way back to Malaysia. Then, my feet got skin irritation from the sea water. Smack forehead*

There is a small temple underneath the big rock. People will need to do ritual cleanse first in order to climb the big rock. It is not free tho. People will need to donate some money to the priests and they will stick some grains on your forehead. LoL... हैलो ! (Hello in Hindu language)

The waves were pretty strong on that day. I was tempted to do something crazy so I went to stand nearby the side and take photos. It was pretty hard to walk over the puddles of water. Hop hop hop* Below are my attempts to take the perfect photos. LoL... It was fun !!! Laughed*

Scene 1 - Am I close enough ?

Scene 2 - Ah... Why is it on my right side ? FAILED

Scene 3 - Eh ?! Now on my left side ? FAILED

Scene 4 - This is perfect but it is too big !!! SUCCESS I was partially wet.

This will be my last post about my Bali trip with Mr Bear. Pouted* I really enjoyed this trip with him even though it is only lasted for few days. I want to go another trip with him. Maybe in Europe ? Japan ? Taiwan ? LoL... Need to save money tho. Winked*

Thanks for reading my blog ! Apologize in advance for any grammar mistakes.

Stay tuned for more exciting stories. Coming up, I will be graduating next week ! Woohoo ~

Splash the wonders of Batuan Temple in Bali

Hey semua ! Today I blog about the Batuan Temple in Bali. We went to this place after the Barong and Keris dance. The weather on that day was nice and TOO sunny. Oh well, I cannot complain much since Ireland always raining and gloomy. LoL... According to our driver, Batuan place has been a village of artists and craftsmen, old legends and mysterious tales for over a millennium. Wow ! That is a long long long time ago...

Look, we wore the sarong fashion again to cover our sexy legs and to respect the temple. LoL... How come our Chinese temples did not apply this custom ? Hmm...

The place was big and clean. I found out that the roof are made out of straws or something and some of the stones are really 1000 years old. Can you believe that ?! Feeling awesome* The stones are now protected by the government and they are not for sale. Say no to black market !!!

I love Frangipani trees. They have these beautiful scented flowers and I always love to smell them whenever I go. Now, I am surrounded by the Frangipani trees. Happy* Catch me if you can... Winked*

It seems that he took better photos than me. LoL... He likes to take photos using my camera. These are his best shots. Love them ! Thumbs up*

Even though he is good in taking photos but he is a noob in taking selfie photos. LoL... Girls are always better in taking selfie photos than guys, I guess. Smiled*

Overall, the Batuan Temple is one of the best places to visit in Bali. Highly recommended* Everyone should pay a visit and try out the new sarong fashion in Bali. Laughed*

Must stay tuned to read my last place to visit in Bali !
